Every Highland rod is designed, assembled and inspected in our own shop. We wrap the guides, set the grips and check each rod ourselves before it ships.
Prototypes go to anglers who compete at the highest level before a design ever reaches the store.

In 2026, Fly Fishing Team USA won team gold at the World Fly Fishing Championship. Three members of that team fished Highland rods, and one of them, Michael Bradley, won the individual title.
